Our fees are charged on a per calendar day basis which includes the day of check in and departure.
All guests must meet the following requirements.

We offer a 10% discount for stays amounting to 20 days or more. For longer periods rates can be negotiated.
Christmas/Easter minimum booking periods: We have a 6 day minimum booking period over the Easter long weekend and a 10 day minimum booking period over Christmas and New Year. A surcharge of $5/cat applies during the minimum booking periods and all other Queensland public holidays. Aside from these days, our fees remain as above. We do not charge extra during other school holiday periods.
Booking Fees: In order to secure your cat’s accommodation a 20% booking fee is required within 7 days of making the booking. This fee will be deducted from the account balance due at the time of check in. Booking fees are not transferable or refundable. Please see our cancellation policy for further information.
Cancellation Policy: Excluding Christmas bookings, if more than 20 days notice to cancel your booking is provided to us we will agree to credit the paid booking fee on to your account for use at a later date. If less than 20 days notice is provided the deposit paid is forfeit. These conditions are not negotiable.
Christmas booking fees and cancellation policy: To secure your booking over the Christmas period a non refundable deposit of $100/cat is required within 7 days of making your booking. The full balance of boarding is then due by October 31st. In the event that the booking is cancelled after October 31st, any refund of fees (less booking deposit) is at the discretion of management and will be dependent upon the loss of earnings sustained by us due to the short notice of the cancellation.
